When I was employed at Hyperquake I led the Health & Wellness team and Obagi was one of our key clients. Obagi aimed to diversify beyond skincare with the launch of their first hair product with a lash serum. The lash serum launch set stage for subsequent brow serum introduction.

Solution:

  • Avoided typical lash product campaigns, leveraging Obagi’s medical background

  • Positioned Obagi as expert in addressing skin and hair care needs

  • Offered tailored products to help achieve skincare objectives

Results:

  • Outperformed forecast by 130% only 10 days into the launch

  • 114% above forecast in August alone
